Final Sale Policy

Due to the highly sensitive nature of biochemical reagents and the requirement for a strictly controlled environment to maintain molecular stability, all sales are final.

1. Why We Cannot Accept Returns

Once a research peptide or amino acid blend has left our climate-controlled facility, we can no longer guarantee its molecular integrity or ensure it hasn't been exposed to compromising temperatures or light. To protect the fidelity of the research conducted by all our institutional partners, we do not restock or resell any returned items.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

If you receive a vial that is physically damaged (cracked glass) or an item that does not match your order manifest, you must contact orders@modernaminospeptides.com within **48 hours** of delivery. Please include photographic evidence of the unopened, damaged packaging to qualify for an immediate replacement.

3. Analytical Specification Claims

If you believe a compound does not meet the ≥ 99% purity standard outlined in our Specification Assurance, you must submit a formal claim. This requires a PDF report from an accredited third-party analytical lab (HPLC/MS) confirming the variance. If the claim is verified, we will issue a full refund or provide a replacement batch at no cost.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only if the request is received **before** the shipment has been processed and a tracking number has been issued. Once an order enters the fulfillment stage, it is considered a final sale.
