2. BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY & LIABILITY

The buyer assumes all risks associated with the handling, storage, and laboratory use of the chemicals purchased. Modern Aminos shall not be held liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the misuse of these products. It is the buyer's responsibility to comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding the possession and use of research peptides.

3. SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT

Modern Aminos aims to fulfill all orders within 24 business hours. While we provide express shipping options, we are not responsible for delays caused by logistics carriers or customs inspections. Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, the chain of custody passes to the buyer.

4. RETURN POLICY

Due to the sensitive nature of biochemical reagents and the requirement for a controlled climate (lyophilized stability), we cannot accept returns once the product has left our facility. All sales are final. If there is a physical defect in the vial or a documented purity discrepancy, please refer to our Specification Assurance policy.

5. PAYMENT TERMS
